Getmetalking.com reserves the right to terminate a subscription if any of the user guidelines are broken.
1. Use of content
You are permitted to use my downloadable and printable content to instruct your students. All of my vocabulary may be printed from your browser or saved to your internal hard drive but may not be transferred to any external storage devices (including floppy disks, CDs, and external hard drives). You may download and print all of our PDF files (vocabulary and grammar flash cards). All of our PDFs may be saved to your own computer's internal hard drive, but may not be transferred or copied to any external storage devices (including floppy disks, CDs, and external hard drives).
2. Photocopying
All of our material is photocopiable, and may be distributed to a subscriber's students for free. However members are not permitted to do the following:
resell our material in printed or electronic form
charge students or others for any of my content
redistribute any of my content in print or electronic form.
3. As a subscriber you are not permitted to:
lend any of our downloadable or printable content to non subscribers
sell or resell any of our content
charge students or others for the distribution of our material
redistribute our content in any electronic form (including floppy disks, CD's and external hard drives).
4. Sharing material
Subscribers are not entitled to share or loan our downloadable and printable material to any other person. The material is intended only to be used by the subscription holder and distributed only to his or her own students.
5. Passwords
You may not share your Getmetalking.com password with any other person. Getmetalking.com reserves the right to revoke subscriptions if a subscriber is found to share his or her password with any other person.
6. Terms of use
By subscribing to the flash cards or downloading the other materials of Getmetalking.com you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download or print any material from this site, and you should not subscribe to Getmetalking.com.
All of our material on Getmetalking.com (including downloadable and printable material, as well as all written and image content) is copyrighted and owned by (the operator of Getmetalking.com.)
All material and content that you download, print, or copy from Getmetalking.com as a subscriber is licensed to you by Getmetalking.com, and does not transfer title (ownership) to you.
Getmetalking.com does not guarantee in any way that the content found on this site will be free of errors, defects, viruses, or any other damaging elements.
Getmetalking.com does not assume any responsibility should any content you take from this site cause any damage to your own computer or files.
7. Refunds
Refunds are entirely up to the management's discretion. Under most circumstances Getmetalking.com does not offer refunds, and therefore it is strongly advised that you look at the thumbnail sketches before committing to buying any materials.
8. User Information (Privacy)
Getmetalking.com will not release your user information unless we believe that your subscription is being used in violation of the terms, or to commit illegal acts.
By subscribing to our year-long subscription of Getmetalking.com, you can be assured that all of your member information is true, and that your email address belongs to you.
Should any of your user information be found to be false, your membership will be revoked immediately without refund.
Getmetalking.com reserves the right to add new content and amend or delete any current content from our site and service without prior notice.
9. Subscription Duration
A subscription for the vocabulary and grammar flash cards lasts 12 months. Download for the card games and classroom signs are two weeks, and the board games are three weeks. The time starts when one first downloads the products, NOT when one pays. After the time is up one's ability to download these products will be terminated.
Getmetalking.com reserves the right to amend its terms and guidelines at any time without prior notice. By becoming a subscriber to Getmetalking.com, you agree to these terms and guidelines.
